Booking our services for an event for a specific time and date in the future requires both a service agreement and a reservation fee. When received, we will immediate begin the necessary up-front preparations and refuse conflicting requests. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis, and we cannot reserve our services based on a verbal agreement. Balance is due 60 days prior to the event.
Our video and photography services are customized and tailored to the desires of our clients and the logistical needs of their events, so fees are given once event details and logistics are known.
While most of our clients prefer to pay by check, we accept all major credit cards, and can issue Paypal invoices for initial and progress payments or can accept credit card payments directly through Square Register.
Booking Via Internet: If you are beyond a reasonable travel distance of our office in Annapolis, Md. and wish to book our services, please complete the form on the Contact page, and indicate your wishes in the comment field. Fi the date is available, we will email a contract form combined with a Paypal invoice, and entering your payment information will secure the booking.
